Pre Meal – Fat Cutter Drink

The first thing that you should have upon waking up is Fat Cutter Drink. It’s so simple to make. All you need to do is, take a half cup of fresh coriander leaves and blend them with just a little water. Now, squeeze one lemon, add a pinch of cinnamon and warm water in it. This drink is known to have fat cutting properties.

This drink alone cannot decide if you are going to lose fat or not. It all depends upon nutrition which we are going to discuss further in this article.

Meal 1 – Breakfast

In the breakfast, take customized whole Wheat Dalia along with 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg. Whole Wheat Dalia is a great substitute for oats and also it is very easy to make.Let’s check out the recipe.

Put on the gas. In a pan, add low-fat milk and whole wheat Dalia. Cook it on a low medium flame for about 5-7 minutes. Finally, customise it by adding banana, flaxseeds and almonds.

Water – 1 litre (after 1:30 hours)

Meal 2 – Lunch

In the Lunch, enjoy the great combination of brown rice, chickpeas, paneer and also some cucumbers with it. This is easy to make, easy to take to your workplace. Let’s check out the recipe.

Now, in a cooker, add this soaked mixture along with water, paneer, salt, pepper, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, green chilli and mix them well. Cook it on a low flame for about 20 minutes. Once this is done garnish it with onion, tomato and extra virgin olive oil. Let these steam get steam for a while, then serve this healthy treat along with cucumbers.

Water – 1 litre (after 1:30 hours)

Meal 3 – Pre Workout Meal

For Pre-workout meal, you have egg chana chaat along with green tea. Let’s check out the preparation.

In a bowl, add boiled chana, tomatoes, onion cucumbers, egg whites and peanuts. Season it with salt, pepper, tomato ketchup and lemon. Mix them well.

Note: If you are a vegetarian, instead of egg whites you can use low-fat paneer or you can skip it.

Meal 4 – Post Workout Meal

In the post-workout meal, you can take 6 egg whites along with an apple. You can choose any fruit (dates, banana, orange, pineapple etc.). After the workout, our body needs fast digesting lean protein. The best option that you can provide is one scoop of protein powder mixed in water. The second best option is egg whites as they are also fast digesting.

bananasA piece of fruit is also required post workout to fill up the glycogen that we have depleted while working out. We do not need fasts post workout. They slow down the absorption. You should avoid foods like almonds, peanuts etc.

Meal 5 – Dinner

Dinner is a favourite meal for many of us. So, I have a very delicious, nutritious and easy to make recipe. It is just like treating yourself at the end of the day. Let’s check out the recipe.

Firstly, preheat the airfryer for 5 minutes. Marinate the chicken breast with turmeric and ginger garlic paste. Now, grill this chicken for about 8 minutes. Meanwhile, chop capsicum and cabbage. Put it in a bowl along with low-fat curd. Season it with salt, pepper, tomato ketchup. Add grilled chicken and mix it well. Finally, take a whole wheat roti and apply this mixture on it. This is ready to eat. Believe me, you will love it.

Conclusion

The calorie intake depends upon person to person. You can just take this meal as a reference and increase or decrease the quantity of meals accordingly. Try not to use refined sugar or oil for cooking. These are small things which make a lot of difference.
